Cancelling Orders Before Shipment
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders That Have Already Been Shipped
Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the product after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Modifying Orders
We currently do not allow changes to items, quantities, or shipping addresses once an order is placed. To make adjustments, you must cancel the original order (if eligible) and place a new one.
