Shipping Coverage
Orders can be delivered to any pin code in India that falls under our courier network. At the moment, deliveries outside India are not available.
Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days from the date they are confirmed (excluding weekends and official holidays).
Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive an email with complete order and tracking details.
Delivery Timeframe
Our standard delivery window ranges between 3–8 business days, depending on your location, so you can enjoy your new accessory picks for women without long waits.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the recipient not being available, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a fresh delivery by contacting our support team.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, kindly inform our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the issue.
In situations where a shipment is lost during transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
