RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Throughout this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Truespark Innovations Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding returns and refunds. If a return is required, our process has been designed for your convenience.   

Eligibility for Returns  

To qualify for a return, items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.  

• Ensure all original tags, labels, and boxes are returned intact.  
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner will not be accepted.  
• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Contact our customer support team within this period to initiate a return.  
• Items that fail to fulfill these requirements will be denied a return.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request  

Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to Truesparkinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos  

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear images showing the issue to help us process your request faster.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the item back.  

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our return guidelines.   

Refund Process and Timeline  

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is complete.   

Partial Refund Guidelines  

For items that only partially meet return conditions, such as minor damage or missing packaging, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.   

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue in your email to help us resolve it quickly.
